Our culinary programme is presented by Koshabamba Catering, Jewish Bolivia’s Kosher L’Pesach Mehadrin catering service. Food preparation is independently managed, with dedicated Chabad mashgichim overseeing ingredient sourcing, preparation and food handling.

- Dedicated Chabad mashgichim
- Oversight of ingredient sourcing, preparation and food handling. All ingredients are subject to appropriate Kosher L’Pesach certification and supervision.
